Informations about the visit

The programme lasts for approximately an hour.

Reserve your spot in advance!

In order to avoid disorganization, we kindly ask our visitors to enquire about an appointment for visiting the exhibition at least one day before the visit! For languages other than English it is necessary to book an appointment at least 3 days ahead!

The tours through our exhibition start every 15 minutes and the maximum number of people that can enter the exhibition in one tour is 8. The number of people is limited to provide the best possible experience for our guests.

Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment in order to have time for purchasing your tickets and to receive all the necessary information before the tour starts. In the case that our tours are fully booked for that day, people who have no reservation cannot enter the exhibition.

Would you like to cancel your booking?

You are kindly asked to cancel your reservation if you cannot show up to your appointment so that others would have the chance to take your spot!

Would you come with child?

The exhibition is only recommended for children older than 7 years old because an hour of darkness could scare them. The Invisible Dinner is recommended from the age of 14.

Wear comfortable shoes!

With six locations with different ground surfaces, guests are advised to wear comfortable footwear or clothing.

Use our store of value!

All valuables, bags and coats can be closed at the exhibition. If you have forgotten something at us, please let us know at our reception by phone or email. We will not preserve objects left at the Exhibition for more than a week!

We reserve the right to change the program. In case of cancellation or modification of the program, our registered guests will be notified by phone or e-mail at least 24 hours before the start.
